Thoughts on Current Course

As I have advanced through this course, I have come to realize that this program is aimed for people who work as agents in a Call-center. This is a job I have never done; however, I believe this course teaches things that can be applied to other jobs and our lives in general, considering we are always in touch with other people and communicating with them one way or another.
