More Types of Customers (With Personal Experiences)

I've already discussed about some types of clients, but the ones I'm about to list are those that have stood out to me based on personal experiences.

 Clients based on needs

These clients have identified a need and are looking for something specific  because they "need" it. For example buying  a house.

  • It is hard to satisfy this type of client because they are looking for something in particular.
  • They are usually loyal to a brand. (Real Estate Agent)
  • If your company does not meet their requirements, they will move onto another company.
  • They can become regular customers if you meet their needs (it is important to have good personal interaction).

Loyal Customers:

These are the pillars of your business. Even if they only represent 20% of your clients, they are responsible for 50% of your sales.

  • These are completely satisfied clients.
  • You must keep constant communincation with them.
  • The clients experience is above their expectations.
  • They are responsible for positive mouth-to-mouth publicity, which can be more effective than any other type of advertisement.
I highly suggest that you and your company should invest both time and effort on these clients.
